What furniture and upholstery cleaning actually costs
There is no single price for furniture cleaning, and anyone who quotes one without seeing the piece is guessing.

Why there is no flat rate
A car interior is a car interior. A sofa can be a two-seat loveseat or a ten-foot sectional with a chaise, in fabric, microfiber or leather, with or without cushion covers that come off. The range of "one piece of furniture" is wide enough that a flat per-item price would either overcharge small jobs or undercharge big ones.
We quote by piece and by condition, based on photos, rather than a published rate card. That is the honest way to do it, not a way to hide the number.
What moves the price
The same variables that move a car quote apply here.
- Size and piece count: a loveseat is not a sectional, and a full living room is not one sofa
- Fabric versus leather: leather is a different process, cleaner and conditioner rather than extraction
- Stains and their age: a fresh spill treats differently than something set in for months
- Indoor versus outdoor: outdoor cushions often carry mildew or green film that needs a different approach than everyday indoor soiling
- Access: furniture on an upper floor with no elevator, or a piece that has to be moved to reach it, adds time
How to get an accurate quote fast
Send a few photos of the piece, including any specific stains up close, along with the material if you know it (fabric, microfiber, leather) and roughly how old the staining is.
That is usually enough for a real number, not a range. If we cannot tell from photos, we will say so and ask a follow-up question rather than guess.
What we cannot promise
Some stains are set deep enough, or have been there long enough, that full removal is not realistic. We will tell you that honestly before starting rather than after, and we will still clean the piece properly even if a specific mark does not fully lift.
